Trainer: Nigel Barber – Volunteer Service Manager, One Westminster – Nigel is currently a Senior Manager at One Westminster managing the Volunteer Centre. He has worked and also volunteered in the sector for over 20 years, including being volunteer coordinator at Epping Forest Volunteer Bureau May 1998 to July 2000. His volunteering includes being a trustee for 10 years of Action in Mental Health in Epping Forest District and is currently an Independent Custody Visitor in Westminster. Cost: £15 VAEF Full Members, £35 non-member community groups, charities and social enterprises.

We hope you are able to make our open day on 21st July! Pop it in your diary! Thursday 21 July between 10.30am and 3pm for the National Garden Scheme. The admission fee for adults will be £4 and children are free. Light refreshments will be available as will plants and produce grown by the team. Private group visits can also be arranged by contacting Sally on spanrucker@vaef.org.uk. Visiting the project is a wonderful opportunity to see the very high standard of horticultural skill and joy that this brings, and the ACE team will be on hand to show visitors…
